A night of deep rest, meditation and vivid dreams.
We invite you to an entire night devoted to rest, regeneration, meditation and inner journeys through sound.
A Gong Puja is an all-night sound ceremony. Lying comfortably on your mattress, you can sleep, rest, meditate or simply listen as the gongs are played gently and continuously for 7.5 hours.
Throughout the night, three experienced gong players - Alejandro Notz, Fabio Vescarelli and Ana Sonar - will take turns playing, each bringing their own style, sensitivity and presence to one uninterrupted journey.
The ceremony will take place at Flow60, a warm and welcoming space in Zollikerberg.
From Friday evening until Saturday morning, the vibrations of the gongs create a space for the body to release tension, the mind to settle and different states of rest, perception and dreaming to emerge.
A Gong Puja carries the depth of several gong baths within one continuous experience.
Participants may experience:
Release of physical and emotional tension
Greater clarity and vivid dreams
Deep rest and inner calm
A stronger connection with the inner observer
As morning arrives, the gongs give way to silence, allowing time to integrate the experience before returning to daily life.
This night-long cradle of sound acts as musical medicine, reaching the innermost layers of your being and opening a space for restoration and renewal.

🛠 What to bring
Comfortable clothing and everything you need to sleep through the night: a yoga mat or mattress, sleeping bag or warm blanket, and a pillow for maximum comfort.
You are welcome to bring something small to share for the breakfast in the morning. If you feel called, you can also bring a personal object to place on the altar during the night.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund, minus processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event cannot be refunded and cannot be transferred to a future event. However, you are welcome to send someone else to take your place.
